Vintrospective LLC presents structured tasting seminars featuring Italian wines to private and corporate clients.
Tasting seminars are both entertaining and educational, and can be customized to accomodate audience interests. Presentation to seated guests includes content about Italian wines and producers, as well as Italy’s food, culture, history, and traditions.
Presentation can optionally include a “how to” on tasting wine (actually, we do this often) to better understand and appreciate what’s in the wine glass.
“Small bites” of specially paired regional Italian foods to be tasted with each different wine can be arranged.
You get to relax -> because we provide the wines, the stemware, dump buckets, tasting sheets, and paired “small bites” if arranged.
Popular Seminar Topics Include:
Discover Italian Wines – A tasting tour of Italy’s important wine regions and varietals
Traditional vs. Modern Style – Focus on Barolo, Brunello, or Chianti Classico
Regional Focus – A deep dive tasting highlighting a particular Italian wine region or varietal
