Left to Right: Tissot Cremant du Jura (Extra Brut): dry, delcious and divine. Phillipe Bornard Chardonnay Les Gaudrettes 2007: ripe orchard fruit, gently oxidative, abundant and balanced acidity. Jean Bourdy Jura Rouge 2006: expressive, ethereal fruit and florals, vivid minerality.
