    Oh, Joel, I am really sorry about this. My husband has from tinnitus for the last five years. It started here, with cutting wood (the snap of branches sets it off something fierce). Stress and exhaustion make it much, much worse. It is really important to get rest and to relax. He uses a radio at night with an earphone for white noise sometimes. Tinnitus can really effect one’s quality of life, so I hope this goes away soon. At least I hope it lessens. :(

    Hi Diana, thanks for your comment and sharing your husband’s story. I am trying to use white noise at night, too, but not helpful so far. I’m a mess but trying real hard :-)
